Facilities Manager
First Baptist Church of Maryville
Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain records of equipment and facilities; approve and process requisitions and purchase orders.
2. Administer church-adopted policies and procedures concerning the use of all church properties and facilities.
3. Supervise staff (Groundskeeper & Painter) and volunteers in the facilities department.
4. Repair of all physical properties; establish and implement mowing, painting and renovating schedules,
5. Assist in preparing an annual budget of maintenance and equipment needs. Operate within approved budget.
6. Program systems to operate around the church calendar.
