Dr. Jaggers has served in the roles of Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, Minister of Music, Youth Pastor and Minister of Education. He has been married almost 45 years. He and his wife, Lorna, have 5 children, 5 grandsons, and 1 great-grandson.

Tracy has a B. S. in Music from Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar, MO; an M.A. in Christian Education from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary, Memphis, TN; an M.Div. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, TX, and a D.Min. in Church Revitalization from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Kansas City, MO.

He is a frequent writer for national revitalization websites and magazines, as well as an active speaker in state and national revitalization events.

Connie is the mother of two adult children. Blake, the oldest, is in the Navy and assigned to the submarine – the USS Nebraska. Nicholas works for Save a Lot Warehouse. David, her husband, has worked for US Steel in Granite City over 30 years. Connie was raised in Mitchell and has been in the Gateway area all her life.
